WOD- For time: Row 500m, 30 push press, 30 box jumps, suicides, 20 pp, 20 jumps, suicides, 10 pp, 10 jumps, row 500m. Tough! My challenge always comes with weights and metcon together- specifically the rower- then throw in a little gymnastics and holy smoke it's brutal! NICE work to my girl MK- you smacked it today, girl! Thanks to coach for the words on keeping it real-always keeps it in check for me, J.

Lunch on the road, but brown bagged it: chicken, red pepper, grape tomatoes, nuts, added a peach from produce stand. Ate my colorful, Paleo lunch while others dined on pizza, bread stix, and pepsi. A sign of the times!!
