Thursday! you know what that means....

Up and coffee, got Pauly off to Tampa for work. Snack hb egg, peach, pecans.
1-1-2

WOD: a killer: 25 kbs (20K), 50 rack rows, 25 kbs, 100 stability ball push ups, 25 kbs, 150 air squats, 25 kbs. A day to push ourselves- I'd say! Rows were effen tough on the rack, that's all I'm sayin'.....I still hate kbs, too....but it was a 'great' wod, just kind of brutal. SB pushups weren't exactly a walk in the park, either. Coach say: 'it's time to turn the page, people.....' or something to that effect.

Breakfast: hb eggs, peach, strawberries, 1/2 apple, nuts.

Headed to the big city of Mokaleetown today.

Lunch- salad with chicken, added tomatoes, hb egg, side of guac.
3-2-7

Snack- chicken, tomatoes, pecans
1-1-3

Din- salmon, brocc, eggplant, nuts
3-2-8

Snack soon- salmon, peach, nuts.
1-1-2
