This one's for J. Brod

My thoughts and prayers going out to J. Brod and his family- our own hero! Godspeed your recovery, my friend.

Up and coffee, snack of egg, peach, pecans.

WOD: 2.5 mile run for time. I clocked 20:00. Not what I was shooting for, but I guess I'll take it. That was a long 2.5! I am so glad it is Friday. I am tired, ready to rest and enjoy my husband and some great college ball. GO GATORS! BEAT THE HILLBILLIES. It's a blue out, folks. Wear BLUE if you love the Gators, as to not be confused with Hillbilly orange.

Breakfast: hb eggs, peach and strawberries with cinnamon and nuts, eggplant. Fantastic.

I felt the need to have an extra block of protein for lunch today. Been getting a little hungry towards the end of each meal window...need to fix that.

Lunch- salad with 4B chicken and grape tomatoes and pepper, added peach and cuke, nuts.

2:30 extra fat, almonds
0-0-2

Snack- chicken, tomatoes, pecans
1-1-2

Din- by far the best steak I have had in a while, the most perfect 3B filet, brocc, chopped salad, nuts.

Snack- egg, apple, pecans

13-10-35. Felt like the extra block of protein helped...
