A rainy Sunday

Well, the sun did indeed come up today, despite the Gators' loss to an unranked team. Welcome to SEC football.

It was so nice to spend time with friends last night, Kate, J, Chad amd Michelle came by to watch another SEC upset- good food and drink were enjoyed by all...for me, the resounding sense of relief that FGB is over (for now) was the theme of the evening, but truthfully, it was an absolute pleasure to be in the comfortable company of good friends.

Slept till almost 8AM (yeah), enjoyed coffee with my love, then a little breakfast of 3 hb eggs, 1/2 apple, nuts.

Church to pray- learned that I am to be the salt of the earth!

Lunch- 1B salad with pepper, tomatoes, added 1 c. cuke, avacado, nuts, 3B chicken.
