Up and coffee, went down a little later than usual. Snack of hb egg and pecans.

WOD: Row you ass off. Ugggh! Sooo not my strong suit (sp). Row for time (split time): 250m, 500m, 750m, 1000m, with 3-5 min. rest btw. rows. I did not beat my last 1000m time.
Breakfast: 3 hb eggs, 1/2 apple, peach, pecans.

I have 2 glorious days with my boss this week, starting today. What we call the 'ride along', where I schedule several days of customer appointments, and give him face time with my customers. Nerve racking for me- I don't worry about what they will say, I worry about what he will say. It's like taking your dad to open house. I am pretty protective of my customers...my boss loves open ended questions, and those type of questions of which the answers are not germain, if that makes sense. Bless his heart.
Lunch- chicken and lettuce (aka the dry chicken ceasar salad, hold the cheese & croutons). added nuts.
