Tuesday, September 30

Up with 8 hrs, coffee, snack of egg and pecans.
1-0-5.

WOD: Dual Mod: 3 rds, 21-15-9, Power Squat Clean Thrusters (63 lbs) and burpees. Wow. Tough, but a super push with MK- 10:15. Good one.

Breakfast with Pauly: hb eggs, peach, 1/2 apple, nuts.
3-2-9. Still jacking with my carbs, trying to find a permanent number.

Another busy day of work, will be a little more relaxed and ready to focus out after today.

Lunch- chicken with lettuce. Added nuts.
3-1-12.

Snack- Chicken and almonds.
1-0-5.

I am pretty tired right now, prolly from the lack of carbs, but also two longer days of work...already looking to the weekend where I hope me and Pauly can enjoy some fall weather and football.

Din- Jason's Deli with Pauly's KK. Salad and some veggies, with 1 hb egg and a side of chicken. Added nuts.
