Up and coffee- I went down early, 9PM, but was wide awake at 330AM- still trying to extend and deepen my sleep. Coffee and snack of egg and pecans.

WOD: triple modality- AMRAP 20: run 200m, 10 kbs, 10 pull ups. Went with 24k on the swings, super glad I did. Kips as usual. Pulled off 7 rds. Pulled off some skin, too, as usual. Shout out to my girl MK for focusing in the kips and getting stronger on those- nice work, girl. Extra work today: 50 handstand push ups on tires.
Break- 3 hb eggs, plus 1.5 yolks of Pauly's that I could not bear to throw away, eggplant, 1/2 apple, nuts.
3-2-9. (went over on some protein and fat, here.)
Lunch- A great salad (1B) with tomatoes and pepper, added a little cuke, little apple, little cauli, avacado, pecans.

Snack430- chicken and pecans.

Din- salmon, green beans, avacado, nuts.

Okay, we need to continue to work on different "styles" of wraps for your palms. I want you to see how I've been taping my hand since injuring my wrist and see if something like that might help. ~ J
