Flying to Fayetteville, AR today with my best friend mister to visit with my 2 bros/families and watch the GATORS hopefully make some type of act of redemption to cover their behinds.

Finished out the day with some surprisingly great shrimp at DFW, and split a dry chicken ceasar with Pauly, but had a lot of nuts today. So about 4B protein here, plua en agg from earlier...
let's just chalk this one up to a cheat, since I went way over today....
But the weather here is fantastic and being with family is awesome.

Nice work today girl, you rock. Have a great trip, I'll miss you! And gosh darn it, you didn't remind me I have the $ for you. Monday girl, Monday. I'll put it in my workout bag. J gave me the mile marker so I'll check it out this weekend for us! YEAH!!
