Friday!

Up and coffee, no snack. Went down really late....you know how it is when you travel- nothing is the same!

Went for a little run this am, about 48 degrees.... Nice. 2-3 miles. Shout out to my girl for squatting 195 this am- nice work, girl. Miss you guys, but love it here.

Breakfast- 3 hb eggs, apple, almonds.
3-2-9.

Went to a breakfast club hen party this am with my sis-in-law; omitted the apple cake, quiche, bacon, and pancakes. Had some pecans and coffee to pass the time. Very nice, but not so paleo...then again, what is? :)
