Like you missed a WOD today so the boys and i could attend church... have to feed the soul too. FYI re-read my books and did some more research on walnuts. Was getting some info from blogs on the Zone site... but Jason said only go by Rob and the experts... so walnuts are the best Omega 6/Omega 3 ratio of all the nuts but we can't have as many as other nuts (1/2 walnut = 1 bl) I guess because of their poly fat content? And almonds don't have any Omega 3???? i will admit I am a little confused on the nut sit... we are allowed more pecans than walnuts but they have a much worse Omega 6/Omega 3 ratio and have alot of mono fat... yes very confused. Anyways, the flax and fish oils i use are manufactured by Barleans. My girlfriend told me about Barleans flavored liguid flaxseed which she says actually tastes good... her doc has her on it for "female" health. Hope you had a good weekend. See you at the gym... oh Jane said her party is supposed to be on Sat night not Sunday!!!!
