Up and the coffee- snack- egg, apple, pecans.

WOD: Deadlifts 1-1-1-1-1-1-1: A day of personal bests! All of 6AM rocked it OUT today. My PB: 205 lbs. Never been to the 200 club on a straight out dl before, only sumo...so, this is a great day for me. Shout out to all of 6AM for smacking it out nice.

Breakfast: hb eggs, apple, strawberries, nuts.
3-3-6.

Lunch in Immokalee today. woohoo.

Lunch- chicken, salad, loaded guac which almost killed me (jalepenos- gringas should know better when in Immokalee), added nuts.
3-1-9.

Two fats. Hungry, tired, little bit of a headache.
0-0-2.

Snack- chicken, grape tomatoes, almonds.
1-1-3.

Din- 3B chicken on salad with red pepper, tomato, cuke, peach, avacado (my lunch standard, basically).
3-3-6

Snack later- egg, apple, pecans.
1-1-2
