Homecoming at UF- Go Gators!

Slept until 7-nice. Went for run, 25 min. About a 5k. My body is tired.

Breakfast: hb eggs, eggplant, pecans.
3-1-6. Keeping it a little skinny to compensate for going a little over yesterday....

Lunch- 3B chicken, small salad, avacado, nuts.
3-2-9.

Snack- egg, chicken, nuts, 2 bl beers, 1/2 glass wine.
2-3-3.

Din- whites, brocc, avacado, nuts, apple.
2-1-9.
