Up and coffee; snack of chicken and walnuts.
WOD: Barbara: 5 rds: 20 pull ups, 30 push ups, 40 sit ups, 50 squats. She's pretty tough. 36:02. Started to do extra work of weighted pull ups, not so much (spent!). Went for db bench presses, with 25's, 3 sets of 10. Shout out to MK for tackling the kips like she did- good going, girl....they're coming.... ;)
Breakfast: 3 eggs, apple, nuts.
It is an absolutely glorious morning. The fall weather is a much needed breath of fresh air! if only we could have this from here on out....one can hope! :)
Lunch with my bud MK at Sweet Tomatoes. Great salad, with chicken and egg, added red pepper and nuts.
Hungry @ 230- egg white and pecans.
Snack@ 4- egg white, apple, nuts.
Dinner thing at Bway Palm for Young Life. I think we'll be able to keep it pretty clean. Report in later tonite. Have I mentioned it is a beautiful day? It's gonna be coldies for class in the am!!
