Monday October 6

Up with good sleep, and coffee. Snack of egg and almonds.
1-0-5.

WOD: Angie. 100 pull ups, 100 push ups, 100 sit ups (GHD), 100 air squats. Really struggled this am- the hand situation continues to be an issue for me and I broke down. Finished in 47:56.

Breakfast: eggs, apple, almonds.
3-2-9.

Lunch: turkey burger, avacado, red pepper, almonds.
3-1-13.

Snack- egg, nuts.
1-0-5.

Din- salmon, green beans, avacado, nuts.
3-1-12.

11-4-44.

  3. You were pre-occupied with your hands because they were ripped and bleeding! No worries, it's like FGB you will improve next time just from experience alone not to mention improved conditioning/training. You guys were never exposed to these CrossFit HQ Benchmark WOD's so it IS a new experience for you! Good news is there are MANY more to come, ha!!! ~ J
