Up with 8 hrs and coffee, snack of egg and walnuts.

WOD: Metcon: 3 rds of: run 800, row 800. 4 min rest btw. rds. Finished sub7:00 on all, and I'll take that and run!! Nice work MK- you killed it girl.

Breakfast: hb eggs, eggplant, greens smoothie, walnuts.
3-2-12.

lunch- 1B salad with chicekn and avacado.
3-1-15.

snack- chicken and walnuts.
1-0-5.

din- salmon, brocc, avacado, walnuts. Omega-3 dream.
3-1-15.

Skinny on carbs today on pupose.
