Up with decent sleep and coffee, snack of egg and walnuts.
WOD: Row 500, then AMRAP 20: 5 power cleans (95/135), 10 pushups. The first set of cleans caused a large F bomb to exit my mouth. Wow. Then they got a little better. This was in-your-face for me today! Good one.
Breakfast: hb eggs, eggplant, 1/2 apple, walnuts.
Lunch: deli turkey (paleo cheat) on a 1B spinach salad, avacado, walnuts.
3-1-16. Feeling the need to go 3x today.

din- turkey burger, avacado, brocc.
Pretty tired today. Little bit of a headache. Going to bed now. Night night termites.
