Monday February 2.

Up with good sleep, coffee, chicken, almonds.
1-0-5.

WOD: AMRAP 15: DL's @ 90% of 3RM, 10 burpees. DL's were at 165lbs. made it thru 10 rds, plus a few DL's. Got to acknowledge MK for killing it with her 210lb DL's and still getting 10 rds. Nice job, girl. Extra work: db/stability ball bench presses, 40lb. 10-10-10-10-10. Tough.

Breakfast: chicken, eggplant, nuts, greens smoothie.

lunch- chicken, brocc, rep pepp, little eggplant, avocado, nuts.
3-2-12.

snack- egg, almonds
1-0-6.

din- chicken, spinach, walnuts.
4-1-12.
