Monday February 9

Slept till 6. Went for run, 2mi.

Breakfast: chicken, eggplant, avocado, nuts.
3-1-15.

Have been getting headaches lately, sometimes coming on during exercise. Went in to Dr. Mike this am for adj...he wants to lay off traction for a week and see what happens. Pain is in low, back of skull....it started almost immediately this am on my run, and I remember it starting up pretty quick in Barbara...I try to ignore it, tune it out and it does go away eventually, but keeps coming back...so, something's going on in there. Nothing major, just a dull pain.

Paul and I played tennis yesterday. Well, 'playing tennis' is a little strong....we volleyed the tennis ball as best we could with the uber novice, me. It just felt so good to be outside yesterday.

lunch- chicken, brocc, orange pepp, avocado, walnuts.
3-2-12.

snack- chicken, walnuts.
1-0-6.

din- salmon, brocc, avocado, walnuts.
3-1-15.

egg.

  1. Oh no i hope you figure out the headache thing that stinks. Got my new shoes and they are awesome. I can't wait to use them and from what I understand we will be doing alot of lift practicing!
