Up with 6hrs. IF today. Coffee.
WOD: Walking lunges 100', 21 pushups, 6 hang pull ups, lunges, 18/9, lunges, 15/12, lunges, 12/15, lunges, 9/18, lunges, 21/6. The dead hangs were tough!! Finally came a little easier when I gave up the multiples and went to good singles. it really sucks when you're going to 2-3 in a row and on that last one you can't get up all the way. 30:30. Extra work today was Heavy Push Jerks 1-1-1-1-1-1. We went 95-115-115-115-115-115, and there MAY have been one more- I'll never tell. It was tough to crank out a true jerk- most of mine had a tiny press at the top. I am fatigued, and I just don't think it was going to happen today.
Sauna with MK. Errands for the balance of the morning, now headed to Good Friday services at St. Hil's. Love doing the sauna these days, esp. with the added fast. I am sooo looking forward to this weekend. Want to get good sun, and we're having Easter dinner (2PM) here, so should be good!
