Thursday already! Yeah!

Up. Coffee. IF.

WOD: Michael: 3 rds for time: run 800m, 50 hypers, 50 situps. Good metcon and bw push. Runs felt good, still had to break up a few of the hypers and situps. 22:50something.

Looking forward to meal 1 already @ 830am.

meal 1- chicken, salad, nuts. added a pepper.
