Up with short sleep again. 2 days in a row. coffee, egg, nuts

WOD: 5 rds for time: run 200, thrusters @ 65 for 21-18-15-12-9, 3 rds of Cindy. This was one heck of a WOD! It seemed to never end. Only one small rip from the last set of pull ups. Managed to finish 33:03. Thrusters were tough. Shout out to 6AM for working their butts off today! We all were sweating like maniacs!
