WOD: AMRAP 15: 30 DU's, 30 KBS. Short and not so sweet. Went with the 20K today as I gently 'suggested' that the MEN of 6AM go with that effen 24K....sometimes having just 2 of each works in one's favor! ;0 HUGE HOLLAH to Jim and Brennan for swinging that big bell. 6AM is getting RX CRAZY these days. THAT'S what I am effen talkin' about. Got 5 rounds.
break- 3 egg omelet, eggplant, greens shake, avocado.
right now it's 10:44 and I am feeling hungry. I am tired, and it's only Wednesday! ALREADY looking for Friday.......
lunch- spinach salad with onion, red pepper, brocc, nuts. good stuff.
1-0-1, and one blue cheese olive which I will promptly forget I just ate.
