Got my mind right with my devo today.
WOD: for time: 25 pull ups, 50 push ups, 75 air squats, row 750, 50 push press (33), row 750, 75 squats, 50 push ups, 25 pull ups. holy crap. Second triple of the week, but I kinda dig it! 27:41. Did sb benches with MK after for extra. 100lbs, 5rds, max effort. Got a total of 33 reps.
meal one- industry/grower cookout, was able to take Pauly.
shrimp, carrots, pico de gayo (sp), little bit of dirty salad.
#2- chicken, eggs, brocc, nuts
#3- less than stellar but hey, it was food. Not a lamb fan, at least not when it's overcooked leg. Now, some seared chops could work......
lamb, brocc, spinach salad, few almonds.
10-4-33 best guess. home at 930 and didn't want to eat that late before bed.
