Today marks the 1-year anny for me and MK at CFFM! ....and we learned for Smack, too~ Happy Anny to us and Coach- what a year of progress!
WOD: AMRAP 15: Row 500m once, then 15 KBS (20k), 10 box jumps, 5 pull ups. Nice little diddy today, good triple but no too sick. Me and MK were kicking it together- got 6 rds plus 6 jumps. yeah, girl. Extra: Power Snatches 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2. Form def getting better, altho I lost one behind! kept weight low to work on form, KEY. 65-75 lbs.
Home to weed the front bed and breakfast. I flipping LOVE summer.

3-2?-12. Weak 2B, peach =1B, then greens were prolly negligible, me thinks...
...Still a little 'off' on the intestinal front...this makes 36hrs....

din- GF bison burgers! lettuce wrapped, of course- with sweet onion, pickle, little k&m. grilled squash on the side, and avocado. fan-effen-tastic.
