WOD: 'Gesundeicht' ?: 21 db snatches L/R @ 25lb, run 200m, 9 burpees, 15 snatches, run 200m, 15 burpees, 9 snatches, run 200, 21 burpees. FINALLY had MK to train with today!! YEAH. Shout out to SMike for killing it this am. Them snatches and burpees sucked, yes???
