WOD: Press 5x1: 85-90-95-100PR-100f-95f-95. It was great to get the PR :) but as you can see I was done after that! iwent for a 6th rep just to get it in. Then deads 5x5: 185-175-165-165-165. Dropped the weight to keep 'em clean- flat back still my issue. Did the extra work of 3x15 GHD sit ups and hip extensions- added 10lbs to the hip exts to work on strengthening my posterior.
Food was clean, was running a little short by the time I returned to the gym for CFE, so thanks Coach for the Brazil nuts :)
Did CFE with the 6Pm crew- it kinda sucked but I loved being in their company. Did the Macks 20:10, 2 mi 20:10. Time was 19:32.
