WOD: 'Disastrophy': 1st rd for time: row 1000m, 30 burpees, 3 ropes; rd 2 was row 500m, 20 burpees, 2 ropes; rd 3 250m, 10 burps, 1 rope. Me and MK got to kick it on this one together today- it was rather brutal, with the burpees being particularly ugly after that first row...my chest was killing me after that for a few...
