Up with good sleep. Nice to be able to sleep in today. I am beat from the weekend, and I didn't do anything! IF today.
WOD: Power Snatches: 8x2 @ 90%: 78 ATB. Felt pretty good today. Then did wipers 4x10: 45-65-75-85. Ran 1mi for time to test out new wheels. 1.02 @ 7:15. Didn't look down at Garmin in time!
