Did some mixed modality work today, a nice change of pace :)
AMRAP 15: 9 KB DLs, 8 pull ups, 8 ring dips, 9 HPCs. Dips were the limiting factor, but they felt pretty good :) Got 3 rds plus 1 dip.
home to eat.
eggs, watermelon, coconut and walnuts. LOVE the watermelon.
