VOTE!!! November 2

Slept till 540AM.

no snacky

WOD: 'Baby Barbara': 5 rds: 6 pull ups, 8 push ups, 10 KTEs, 12 squats.  Stuck to KTEs today, T2B were not happening.  Hands are a bit tender from yesterday. 16:45.

Break- hamburger omelet, greens salad w/ evoo, bit of salt, & herbs de provence.

Pauly got to feel baby girl moving around last night again. The Best!!

Errands and office today.  Thankful for the rain. REMEMBER TO VOTE!!

lunch- OK, more gf  beef.  I guess baby girl is needing some iron this week.  beef, a red pepper, brocc w/ evoo.  Classic.

handful walnuts & almonds
din- paleo coconut shrimp. delish :) square of 85% for dessert.
