November 1. Monday again...

Up at 5AM.

CONGRATS TO MK for smashing her first Strongman Comp!!!

WOD: 'Madeline': 21-15-9: ring dips, back squats@ 85, pull ups.  I used the skinny band for the first time today.  Ring dips took me the longest, finished in 29:20.

Home to some cleaning this morning, putting away jack-o-lanterns ans black kitties...

Break- leftover gf beef taco meat with eggplant, avocado, black olives.

Dreary morning- but I think the sun is peeking through.

FRUIT REPORT:  Well, she is somewhere between a banana and a spaghetti squash~ weighing in at almost a pound, she is now kicking and moving all around.  I never really felt the bubbles or butterfly flutters- we went right to kicks.  By far, one of the coolest things I have ever experienced!!  Pauly can now feel one every now and then- and we look forward to them getting more regular.

lunch- more gf beef, eggplant, walnuts.

Gator Club and Yoga. Long evening.
