December 8. Coldies!!

Up at 5AM.

WOD: 3 rds: run 400m, 15 pull ups, 35 squats, 15 pull ups.  No time today.  I cannot believe I ever did pulls on that fat bar at the gym- it was cold, I was the only one doing a WOD, and the garage door was shut, so I sucked it up and did them inside.  I was doing them in 3's and by the third one, my grip was fingers only- that sucked.

  1. I am impressed you are still doing pull-ups at all... no worries on timing them! No, no, no I don't want to give up the run... any other suggestions????? Maybe I should ask RW? (I want to do a few races and a few of us are interested in doing a TrI in the spring so I don't want to stop training runs)
