Up- 1/2 zb.

Breakfast @ 830- 2 Morning star patties, 2 hb eggs, 1 pc. ezekiel bread, 1/2 apple, 7B pb.
4-3-7.

10AM- 1B fat, 3 almonds

Church.

Lunch12:30- 4B tuna, 1B cuke/tomato salad, 1.5B soup, 1/2B heart of palm (best I could figure) 7B EVOO & pb.
4-3-7

3PM- 2F

Went to see Batman. 1/2 zb and one more snack in movie. It is long.
2-2-2

Dinner- 4B bison burger w/ lf cheese, 1B eggplant, 1B ketchup, 1B tomato/peppers. No added fat, burger @9g. a plum.
4-4-4.

15-13-24. Better than I thought! only one over on carbs....

  1. Where did you get that eggplant?!!! it was sooooo good... thank you for sharing friend. Jason and the boys and i (cept Ben who doesn't like the eggplant.... but he'll try it evry time cuz its the rule) ate it up!
    Way to go on FGB... now we know where we are going from here... UP! Check out the "Filthy Fifty" thats our next biggie... again... a GOOD one.
