Up early and coffee; snack of 1/2 apple, egg, almonds. 1-1-2
WOD was Tabata FGB: 8x, 20 sec on, 10 sec off: SDLHP, WBS, box jumps, PP. A nice little 'howdy-do' for Monday. Tough! But I liked it because it helps me get ready for FGB II (this is II for me, I think III for others...)- I see now that SDLHP are my weaker area, and I can be more efficient in other stations- it's all good. My girl rocked it out with 38- me got 36. Not too bad for a Monday.
Breakfast: 3B hb eggs, 1/2B eggplant, 1/2B grape tomatoes (yes, I love them and my tomato growers...support Florida ag!), peach, 1/2 apple, 6B almonds. MK and I were discussing that Paleo book says limit hb eggs to 6/week.....due to Omega-6's....holy smokes! This is so NOT what I have been doing....but there's always something to learn. Not sure if I am going to do that just yet, but will discuss with Coach. Open to comments here. Plus, I am looking to have a full panel of blood work done pretty soon, so I am aware that THAT could be an eye opener....who knows....

Lunch- 1B salad with 2B chicken, little less than 1B salmon; added 1B peach, 6B almonds. Tried to leave it here, but by 130 was hungry. 1B apple.

Din- 3B salmon, 1/2B salad, 1B zucch, 1B peach, and I am hedging 1/2B misc. just to be safe as i cleaned dishes. 5B avacado, 1B almonds
