Up at 4AM to get Pauly off to Tampa for a job, he left at 5; back to bed for me...
Coffee and breakfast 8AM- 3 hb eggs, 1B eggplant/squash leftovers, 1B grape tomatoes, 1 peach and 6B almonds with cinnamon.
3-3-6.
Church to pray. Did me some good, as usual.
Lunch was another beautiful salad with 3B chicken, 1/2B leftover squash&brocc, a peach, red onion, grape tomatoes, and 6B avacado. Juice of a lemon and dried herbs.

Watched PS-I Love You, just took it back and got Definitely, Maybe......can you tell my man is gone?
Snack- hb egg, strawberries, almonds.

Trying my hand at salmon tonight for din. As a Florida girl, I've never cared much for it, but this is a new day. I never thought I'd be eating a dozen hb eggs every 2 days, either. Just made some hot tea; the tea bag tag has a saying on it: 'An attitude of gratitude brings opportunities.' Me likey.
Din- 3B(4.5oz.) salmon, 1B eggplant, 1B brocc, 1B grape tomatoes, 6B almonds. Easy and good- small wonders do not cease.
