Ran this am with girl MK, we did about 4.5 mi. Nice way to start this day, and end a great week.
Breakfast- 3B hb eggs, grape tomatoes, peach, strawberries, almonds. Mixed the fruit and nuts with cinnamon, simple and delicious.

My entire upper body is sore from the week. Will try to rest and stretch for the weekend. Yea! Been paleo for the last two days, for sure...Wed and Thurs were real close, if not all Paleo..I remember a touch of Jason's lf balsamic vinegarette Thursday night....
Snack at the pool- hb egg, 1/2 apple, almonds

Later lunch- 3B chicken on 1B salad with 1B strawberries and 1B artichoke hearts. 6B almonds
Fresh lime.
