WOD: '2 Minute Defense'....5x of: 1 Hang Clean, 3 Hang Squat Cleans, 2 Push Jerks then run 200'. Rest 2 minutes and repeat. In your face, fast, smashmouth to quote coach. Ran the 'new' route that me and MK made up, 16 mins....not sure how far, longer than 1.5mi.
Breakfast: 3 hb eggs, 1B apple, 1B eggplant, 1B grapefruit, 6B almonds.

Lunch- 1B (maybe!) salad with 3B (maybe!) chicken, added 1B grapefruit, 1B apple, 6B almonds.

Din- will be Jason's Deli. Will be salad bar with side of grilled chicken....trying to have a plan as to some semblance of measurements, and I think I am taking almonds. I am a freak.
Had 1B grape tomatoes just before we left. Hit the salad bar for a nice salad, added almonds. Side of chicken, lookes a little skinny, so added a hb egg.

A little stevia isn't going to ruin you! Lately since I am trying to cut out the am ZB I have been doing hb egg and almonds for before WOD meal with my honey coffee. It takes very little honey to sweeten the coffee but between early am coffee and post WOD coffee m probably doin about a block worth. This am I was at J's so I had creamer... OMG... Like sista says... it is crack! I do love my creamer! My shoulders ar killn me! Have a great day missy. Oh yeah, Jason says we need to chat about a CF Halloween bash... at ur place?
