Fishing today with my boss and partners from work. Packed breakfast of eggs, peach, apple, nuts.

- We caught three reds, two keepers. My freezer. Nuff said.

Mmmmmmmm Redfish, enjoy! The fish oil/omega 3 I am taking is Barleans EPS Super High Potency Omega-3 and it has EPS 1075mg; DHA 100mg; Other Omega 3's 135mg. I am only taking it in the am and have not had any issue with it (sometimes fish oils can repeat... disgusting!) BTW super job on your Power Cleans yesterday!!!!
ReplyDeleteI had a really bad stomach ache and I am not sure if it was from the fasting or not so i'll have to test that the next time i fast. Had some coffee but mostly water and yes the 11:00 ish to 12:30 was the roughest but swamped at work so made the time go faster. The skin book recommended certain amounts of the EPA and DHA so that is why my fish oil is such a high Omega 3 combination plus I know I am getting more Omega 6's with the nuts so I figure I need to load up on the 3's to bring the 6:3 ratio more in line hence the high potency 3 oil. i am only taking one 2 cap dose a day right now. Yikes gotta go gonna be late for CF!
