Up and coffee, sleep was a little shaky. Snack of chicken, cantelope, a few strawberries, walnuts.
1-1-2. Not doing the melon again. Love it, but it left me noticably hungry by 615ish.
WOD: Trip modality really kicked me today. For time: Row 50 cals, 50 WBS, 50 GHD sit-ups, 50 thrusters. Hollah to my girl MK for rocking it OUT this am! I managed 9:55; it was tough for me. She and I did an extra round after- 20 reps, with the 20 lb. MB and the 45 lb. bar, you know, for kicks and giggles. I feel like I am losing some efficiency with my WBS's- they remain to be challenging for me, even after 1.5 yrs. of cf! Way to go, Michelle!
Breakfast with the man: 2B hb eggs, 1B chicken, peach, plum, eggplant, nuts.

I am pretty tight and sore from the sumos yesterday, mostly lower back. Will roll. Feeling a little tired in general.
Lunch- 1B salad (cuke and grape tomatoes)- added chicken, green beans, brocc, avacado. 1B walnuts.

Snack 530- chicken, grape tomatoes, almonds.

Din- chicken, scallops, brocc, mashed cauli, nuts.

12-11-27. Feel good tonight, maybe open gym helped work out some soreness, but the morning will tell! Shout out to the open gym crew, good work guys (and girl)- looking forward to Saturday!

I was thinking some OHS or ftront squats, Brent wants to do a wod. I am good either way! He said maybe annie. I'll have to look her up.
