Monday October 20...already!

So happy I slept until 615AM. Snack of egg and pecans.
1-0-3.

Ran this am for 40 min...prolly only 9:00 pace, so about 4.5 mi. 'Ran into' MK and Liz on their bikes out and about this am...another beautiful day. Shot the breeze with MK a little post run.

Breakfast- 3B hb eggs, 1 apple, 6B avacado, 3B pceans.
3-2-9.

Lunch- 1B salad w/red pepper and grape tomatoes, added 1/2B cuke, 1/4B apple, 6B avacado. Snacked on 3B walnuts just before salad.
3-2-9.

Snack- chicken, pecans.
1-0-5.

Din- barramundi & scallops, brocc, cuke& red pepper salad, nuts.
3-2-9.
