Breakfast: hb eggs, apple, nuts.

Lunch- chicken, a cuke, a red pepper, an avacado, 1/2 apple with 3B almonds.

Din- salmon, cooked spinach, green beans, avacado, few nuts before din.

I have felt pretty good all day, but have been a little hungry at times....maybe the days I run? Starting to think of the Total on Saturday....
Just had egg and 1B walnuts.
