Up with good 7 hr sleep and snack of eggy and walnuts. Little coffee.

WOD: Push Press 5-5-5-5-5: Finished at 103 lbs, a new 5RM PR. I'll take it. Ran 5K PWO.
Breakfast: eggs, eggplant, 1/2 apple, walnuts.
3-2-9.
Lunch- salad with turkey, avacado, walnuts. Added few veggies.
3-1-12.
Snack- turkey, walnuts.
1-0-5.
Din- I made lettuce wraps. Pretty good if I don't say so me self. I can share recipe if anyone's interested. Added half apple, few walnuts.
3-2-9. (little bit of a guestimate).
11-5-40 so far. Likely a snackola.
