Tuesday November 4! VOTE!

Up and coffee, snack of chicken/steak & walnuts.
1-0-5.

WOD: Row 750m, 50 GHD hypers, sprint to 100' walking lunges, 5 rope climbs, sprint to 100' walking lunges, 50 burpees, row 750m. I chose into the extra push of using the advanced rope for the climbs. Thanks, coach! Felt like I was finally getting the technique on that last climb- next time will be better! For me, a page turning day because a) I have never done 5 of these (haven't been able to or just been intimidated) and b) I sacrificed a faster time in order to go advanced and get a 'plus' by my name!! :) Some things never change...students still working for a plus sign! Shout out to Kate and MK for killing it today! Nice work girls!

Breakfast- hb eggs, grapefruit, nuts.

Lunch- great salad with steak, red pepper, cuke, peach, avacado, walnuts. My usual, but I love it.
3-2-9.

Snack- chicken and walnuts.
1-0-5.

Dinner- our favorites, since it is a particularly exciting evening....salmon, mashed cauliflower, steamed spinach with fresh lime, avacado.
3-2-9.

Baked apple with pecans for dessert (snack). Prolly add a bite of chicken or egg.
1-1-2.
