WOD: Good ol' triple modality: 50 KBS (20k), 150' walking lunges, run 800m, 35 KBS, 100' lunges, run 400m, 20 swings, 50' lunges, run 200m. Good one- run was cold! Shout out to Kate and MK for killing it. Worked on some extra weighted work, squats. 5@ 65lbs, 10@ 95lbs, 5@ 105lbs, 10@ 135lbs.
Breakfast- 3 eggs, apple, walnuts. The usual.
