WOD: Triple! I love it when these days are behind me. AMRAP 20: 5 power cleans, 5 push presses, 5 burpees, run 200m. (73 lbs). Good one. Last time we did an AMRAP I caught myself letting the last seconds go by without pushing myself. Not today.
Breakfast- I am eating now as I blog since I am on the way out the door.....eggs, apple, nuts, more coffee.

FYI: the newer apple variety, Honeycrisp, is da bomb. Worth the extra cash.
Lunch- salad with turkey, added apple and pecans.

Din- turkey burgers with KK! brocc, eggplant, avacado, walnuts. yummy.
