WOD: triple modailty: (3) 90 sec. rds of: 10 power clean thrusters (63/95), row for cals, box jumps. Went heavier on the thrusters @ 85lbs, and used 24" box. Kicked my tail today. Total reps was 150. Felt pretty good to be finished!! A great way to start the week.
Breakfast: egg whites, apple, pecans.

Lunch- salad with brocc, 1/2 tangerine, avacado, almonds, chicken.

Snack- egg, almonds.

Din- chicken, eggplant, brocc, avacado, walnuts.
