Merry Christmas Eve Eve!

Up, coffee, snack chicken and walnuts.

WOD: 3 rds of: row for 50 cals, 35 double pump burps, 20 KTE's. Rowing, as always, kicked my tail and what up with the double burpees, Coach? This one was a killer. Took me 36:46 to complete.

Breakfast: eggs, apple, greens, walnuts.

Lunch: chicken on 1B salad, avacado, walnuts.
