Up and coffee, snack at 8AM- egg and nuts.

lunch at 11- chicken, spinach, pepper, avacado, walnuts.

din- tuna and snapper sashimi, a diet ninja roll, so about 1/2c. rice, small salad with ginger dressing. Oragami. Oh yeah.

snack of egg, olives.
