WOD: Coach is killing us this week. It's another triple. For time: row 750m, 70 situps, 60 wall balls, 50 jumping pull ups (they suck too), 40 KBS, 30 burpees, run 400m. Decided to bump it up today with the 20lb ball and the 24K bell. Trying to keep up with MK is a real you know what.
Breakfast: usual suspects.
Lunch: usual suspects.
Snack- chicken, walnuts.
Din- Jason's Deli. Packed nuts. Paul calls me a nut packer.
