Up with good sleep, slept till 7. Lots of coffee and finally breakfast of chicken, eggplant, avocado, nuts.

need the rest this am, so no WOD today...I am sure Brent's BDay WOD was a humdinger and a large time was had by those who braved it today! See you tonight!
lunch- chicken with cuke, brocc, pepper, avocado, few nuts. all mixed up, my favorite.
3-2-14. wasn't the full 2, but will pretend.
had 4 chicken wings at the party...ooooooooooooohhh. shame. we ate salmon and avocado before, since we knew we'd be drinking some carbs.
digestion is off this w-end.

I heard the WOD sucked so I'm glad I didn't put myself through it. My neck is killing me I've got to have a bruise or something back there. See you tonight girl and nice work yesterday!
ReplyDeleteMissed seeing you on Sat night. I was at my girlfriends house for a party and just missed you. Bewteen both parties I drank way too much and felt it Sunday... OUCH!Hope you had a good weekend.
